THE SPACE

Klima Breeze is a bright and functional two-bedroom home designed for relaxed summer living. The open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, with large windows that bring in natural light throughout the day.

The master bedroom features wide openings with views towards the surrounding hills and the distant sea, while the second bedroom faces the quiet entrance side of the property. Two modern bathrooms add comfort and convenience, making the home ideal for couples, friends, or small families.

Klima Breeze is located above the quiet village of Klima, near the south coast of Crete. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, traditional character, and proximity to some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. Klima offers two excellent taverns for atmospheric dinners.

Within a short drive, you’ll reach the lively seaside towns of Timbaki, Kokkinos Pirgos, and Agia Galini with tavernas, bakeries, cafés, and shops, as well as more remote beaches and hidden coves along the coast.
