SeaCrete is set into the slope above a quiet bay, where the landscape opens toward the Libyan Sea and the islands of Paximadia on the horizon. Its green roof and low profile allow it to merge naturally into the terrain, becoming part of the landscape rather than standing apart from it.
The view unfolds in layers: sculptural rock formations rising from the coastline, the deep blue of the sea, and the shifting light throughout the day. On still days, the water lies calm, turquoise and glass-like. When the wind picks up, waves crash against the rocks below, changing the rhythm of the place entirely. Herons pass quietly along the shoreline, and with a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins or the occasional monk seal moving through the bay.
What defines SeaCrete is not a feature, but a feeling.
The boundaries between inside and outside dissolve completely. Large sliding glass fronts open the living space entirely toward the sea, so that light, air, and horizon become part of the interior. The terrace, the pool, and the living area exist as one continuous space — shifting throughout the day with the movement of the sun.
From the sofa, the view unfolds like a living painting — constantly changing, yet always calm.
Below the villa, a steep staircase leads down to the bay — clear, turquoise, and rarely disturbed. The descent requires care, but rewards with a quiet and direct connection to the sea.
Above it, the house remains calm, grounded, and deliberately understated.
There is a certain atmosphere here that is difficult to describe — something in the stillness, the proportions, and the way everything aligns with its surroundings.
SeaCrete is a place that invites you to slow down and settle into its rhythm.
SeaCrete offers 220 m² of interior living space for up to 6 guests across three bedrooms.
The main living area is open, calm, and deliberately restrained. Kitchen, dining, and lounge flow together, extending seamlessly onto the terrace through fully retractable glass fronts.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom, complemented by a separate guest WC.
A 50 m² lower-level space adds flexibility, with a sports and media room for quieter moments during the day.
Materials are reduced to what matters: local stone, soft textiles, natural wood. Everything is tactile, balanced, and quietly luxurious.
The outdoor space feels like a continuation of the house — or perhaps the house feels like a continuation of the outdoors.
The 12.5 x 3.6 m infinity pool runs along the terrace, visually merging with the sea beyond. Nearby, the hammam and outdoor shower create a private wellness corner, integrated into the same open flow.
A covered dining area with barbecue allows for long, unhurried meals, while open terraces offer both sun and shade throughout the day.
The 4,000 m² plot unfolds in natural stone terraces, leading gently toward the coastline. A staircase connects the villa directly to the bay below.
SeaCrete is located near Agios Pavlos, in one of the most unspoiled regions of South Crete.
The landscape here is open, raw, and quietly powerful. A small number of thoughtfully designed homes are scattered across the hills, maintaining space, privacy, and a sense of calm.
Agios Pavlos ( 3.6 km / 8 min) offers a handful of tavernas and a small shop. Agia Galini (approx. 25 minutes) provides a wider selection of restaurants, cafés, and services.
Nearby:
Heraklion Airport is approx. 90 km (1h45 drive).
A car is recommended. For guests who prefer to stay in, we can arrange private chefs, massages, and grocery delivery.
SeaCrete’s design is rooted in restraint and integration.
Sustainability here is not an add-on — it is part of the architecture itself.
